The banking office tower located alongside with Rama 9 bridge for a long time.
The head office of Kbank, I got here by getting off the BTS then taxi. It's relatively easy to find due to its large size. However the security team at the bank aren't friendly at all. Constantly telling my taxi to keep moving when he is asking for directions and just not very friendly. Once enter the building, it's very clean and full of security everywhere.
This bank gives the absolute work rate for foreigners withdrawing cash from their ATM's and using a foreign credit card at any of their point of sales business's. The rate is usually at least 3 baht lower than the current rates being given by other banks. I have been told on several occasions while using a foreign credit card at a K-Bank processing business's that they are sorry but K-Bank gives really bad rates. If you are a foreigner avoid this bank!
K bank in Chiang Rai is not honest bank. I am deaf I believe they know me. Last March My card mistakenly ate in ATM and I tried to get that card back so that I went to this bank office and I was careless to put cash around 2000 btah including one 100 dollar bill on table but they hided it while I was busy to show my id and any proof. I could not believe whole bank office was not honest. Wow.
