The employee made a mistake depositing the money, shortchanging me by 7,000 baht... I simply said, "It's good that I checked before leaving, otherwise it would have been terrible... The money is at the bank, but it wasn't deposited completely." ...But there was no sincere apology. Instead, she retorted, "It's not that bad." You are a terrible employee. I usually use your services regularly and have never encountered anything like this before. Please improve the way you communicate with your employees, because everyone else is fine except for this one.
While waiting in line, I saw an empty counter and asked if I could use it. The employee, who seemed to be the branch manager, replied, "Oh, that counter is for customers depositing millions of baht." Um...is that even acceptable? Terrible service at every level.
I've never been impressed with their service, not even once. It's gotten worse over time, both the service and the appearance of the bank staff. Some of them are completely unsuitable for customer service roles.
Even the broken deposit machine isn't fixed. We have to wait in long lines. Please fix it so it's ready for use.
