One of the best branch Kasikorn Bank I visited, so I came here, despite the 20-minute travel time, to make a fixed deposit and open a fund account. As a person who speak mainly English and only a little bit of Thai, the staffs are very patient to help me out through the process.
Good customer services, good location, difficult to find car park
Reading the reviews, I thought it would be bad, but it turns out the service was very good. Ms. Wanida provided very good service. Although the process was complicated, her service tone was very lovely.
Terrible service. The staff were unenthusiastic and raised their voices at customers. Other branches have much better service, but this branch is awful. I won't be coming back.
Do employees choose to choose? Skip the queue in front of you. Those who come later must do it first. There are 3-4 vacant seats for employees. Don't run the queue according to the number?
