Slow beyond belief, commercial and retail customers serviced by the same two tellers. Other employees sitting around playing in their phones. Train or certify more tellers . 25 minutes just to deposit a check!

polite as usual but not flexible, waited more than half an hour or 45 minutes for customer service (to issue a bank statement balance for immigration. Busy that date). then i found that i haven't brought along my passport or other identification document required to see by the bank. i told the customer service staff and found my mobile had the passport photo with my personal particular page.(after i spent another 15 minutes or so). showed to the bank staff but my request was still not granted. i was advised to come another day.

Super slow service.. Even if it’s not busy they can make u wait for 45 min…. I guess the employees sitting at the counter do not want to take more customers and that’s why they just do work super slow and chit chat… Zero time value…
