This is a city bank located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. This is the only branch in Gunma Prefecture. There is a paid parking lot next door.

The counter is open until 5pm, but you can't open an account until 4pm unless you make a reservation. I tried to make a reservation for the next day, but they were fully booked for every time slot, so I was turned away. Apparently they only have two terminals, so they can't do it.
