We were told they could offer us a home loan and English is no problem. However, when they finally called us back they said they only offer English services with an official hired translator. Waste of time. Also, the information the loan officer told us was not consistent with other banks we have spoken with.

Really inappropriate and incompetent customer service. Expensive services, slow response time. The services are not proactive at all, the customer has to do everything themselves and push their own affairs forward with constant reminders and requests. The instructions received are often unclear and sometimes even completely contradictory to how they should act. I do not recommend taking loans from here at all. It was only when I transferred the loans to another bank that the loan management became easy again.
