I was a client of Resona bank (and this particular branch) for about 3 years. In May I closed the account and now decided to open it again. I came to the branch and staff refused to open my account again because my Japanese is not good enough. All this years (and today) I have been speaking Japanese and it was OK. Of course, sometimes I asked to say something again or explain, used Google Translate. But in the end everything was fine. And now it's not. Shame.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Came up with some random reason to not help.

I wanted some new banknotes to give as a gift, so I withdrew money from an ATM, and all three were new! I'm so grateful I didn't have to go to the counter!
They may be in different branches, but it's the same bank, right? Why do they have such bad relations? And why are they so condescending? AI is fine. I truly believe so.
