The head of Resona Bank's Osaka call center didn't apologize and instead got angry at me, so I've decided never to use their services again. I want to believe that it's not like that in Tokyo, but other branches also didn't apologize, and I'm disgusted that customers are the ones who get blamed.
You can't get in! If you don't have actual identification, you can't get in to the building or the bank. An incredibly shady building
