They are always very fast end efficient. Of course, expect a long queue during rush hour, which, however, they get rid of it quite fast. They have little table with pens to write on your letters but it is always better to come ready just to handle in it and pay.
Really bad service. I lost my wallet mean , I have no cards , I went bank to block my account , and give me new card. But guy in front won’t let’s me in Want me to give id with pictures. What I don’t have. I had just a document From Ausländerbehörde , i really disappointed. Once I get all my document I will change my account
I went there to send a letter to abroad. They were kind and answered all my questions well… I don‘t know why people are so mad in reviews…
