I would like to extend my sincere praise and a huge thank you to Ms. Franziska Höll. She provided excellent assistance to Pascal G. today with a major problem he was experiencing with his credit card. She was highly competent, understanding, and very personable, and she knew exactly how to help him with remarkable composure. We need more employees like her who are so helpful and patient. The boss should be pleased to have such a wonderful employee and reward her. THANK YOU, Ms. Höll! You did a fantastic job.

The savings bank branch, with its pompous foyer, is just an average bank in terms of service. The parking spaces are sometimes so badly parked that it's nearly impossible to get out of your car; recently, this happened to an elderly couple. The supposed wildflower meadow was a complete failure: pointless gravel, hardly any perennials, just poppies planted for marketing purposes, their roots positioned in a way that benefits no animals. And why there are garbage bags hanging from the trees is unclear. They can harm the birds. We created wildflower meadows ten years ago, and it's highly questionable whether much bee-friendly vegetation is still growing there. Why wasn't the local NABU (Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union) commissioned (which, by the way, doesn't want to be associated with this failed project), or the absolutely outstanding district forester? I would like to commend all the employees of the customer service center. Someone always answers the phone immediately and provides quick, friendly, service-oriented, and uncomplicated assistance. Unfortunately, this kind of service is rare with telephone hotlines these days.

Today, August 12, 2025, I contacted the KSC (Customer Service Center) of the Sparkasse Dieburg by phone. I spoke with Ms. Ettwein, who was very friendly and helpful.
