Even one star is too much. Why are ATMs always closed on Sundays? Leave them open; not everyone is home on Sundays. I can't even withdraw cash.
I transferred money abroad. Initially, I was told the transfer fee would be approximately €17. After the transaction was completed, €35 was debited from my account. I preferred Sparkasse to Western Union, even though it costs more at Sparkasse, because I thought Sparkasse was trustworthy. When it comes to a bank, everything should be transparent. I have no idea what this amount is for.
The advice offered in the branches and the handling of the Sparkasse's security apps indicate that this bank has apparently passed its peak. And that's not even considering the account maintenance fees...
As I've said before, the people at the savings bank in Elgershausen are completely overwhelmed. It's the worst savings bank in Germany. They make a lot of mistakes and are sometimes unfriendly.
Corona leads to increased sales, very well done dear Sparkasse: cashless payments are penalized, now 29 Euro account management fees.
