They're now closed at night. No more ATM access. I find this very customer-unfriendly. Service is increasingly declining. I absolutely don't understand why. Lower insurance premiums? Or more time to "work" with more money? Access to one's own money should be available at all times. If I'm now forced to keep cash at home again, I hardly need a bank anymore. If burglaries increase because criminals expect to find cash reserves, that's a step in the absolutely wrong direction.

Their service is absolutely terrible. They want you to leave a fortune there, and for something you take out elsewhere—something not all banks need to know about—they react with the following quote: "Cancel everything immediately." It's bad when they're supposed to be giving advice and then badmouth everything else.

I want to leave a review, and especially pay attention to the employee Ivan who is studying for Ausbildung. He speaks German very well and also knows Ukrainian, which makes such an important procedure as going to the bank easier. Very good employee👍👍👍

I can't comment on the staff as I haven't had the pleasure of working with them. However, I've noticed that the vestibule of the bank becomes a youth hangout in the evenings. Perhaps that explains why I tried to deposit coins five times yesterday, but the machine was experiencing yet another "technical malfunction"! Unfortunately, this is only possible at a few Sparkasse branches, but not at this one. On the positive side, the branch appears clean and modern, and the entrance is very easy to reach.

Even rating it 1 is an exaggeration for the employees' competence, as they seriously claim that the statement printer doesn't generate a new printout for just one transaction! That would make it the only branch in Germany that doesn't do what has been standard practice elsewhere for decades!
