The procedures for opening an account are ridiculous. It takes more than a month, an investigation into your financial situation and who knows what else, but they don't even schedule appointments. This is the worst bank in Algeria. I wasted so much time trying to open an account and they still haven't validated it. It's a disaster, honestly.
Natixis Bank Chéraga is a disaster... workers work based on knowledge due to their large number and there is no honesty or credibility. They work as they pretend. I opened an account and went to get payment methods. There were some that I was told did not come, and when I asked another person, he brought them to me. They say everyone works in cash... a disaster.
Natixis' services are great, especially compared to other banks! But the call center agents are TERRIBLE! Every time I call them to ask about my account, they speak so rudely! It's like we're bothering them when it's their job.
