The staff is doing its best, but they're certainly understaffed. It's very, very slow. This applies to all services, whether it's withdrawals or account openings. The manager needs to review the team's schedule and hire more staff to avoid further delays for already very disappointed customers. Please provide a phone number so that we can schedule appointments, get information, and ask questions. We also need to be able to bring the correct documents to the BADR bank in Chéraga. Update your information on Google and add a landline number.
Today, December 1, 2025, the opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. I walked from a location two hours away and arrived at 4:00 PM. I found no employees and the door was closed. Please correct this error.
Very slow service, they don't have photocopiers so you have to go outside to make the photocopies and the exchange is €100 whereas at other banks it's €105. Too many people and not enough staff. I had to spend an hour to exchange the money even though I was the second to arrive.
