Incredibly poor apps for managing my company credit card, which don't even distinguish between debits and credits – significantly worse than the competition. After misuse and card blocking, I faced an unbelievable bureaucratic jungle of phone calls, forms, incorrect login credentials, and misleading information. The friendliness and helpfulness of my account manager is the only positive thing I can say about Sparkasse Göttingen. Their services are so bad that I would never open a personal account there.

I can't say anything objective about the service. In any case, I wouldn't open an account with a financial institution that closes accounts (apparently on instructions from across the Atlantic) and then doesn't even have the courage to disclose the reasons.

Accounts are being terminated due to "legal and regulatory requirements." Whose requirements, what requirements? This is being concealed from those affected. Kafka and Orwell send their regards.

The door was locked, even though it should have been open since 9:00 AM according to the opening hours. An employee saw me standing at the door, but no one came to check what the problem was.
