I recently got my bank account created at Commerzbank in Göttingen. It's super convenient and easy to handle. Within a week I had my bank account working, received all the necessary letters and I didn't have bother going to bank again. As a customer, I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you Commerzbank! :)

Very friendly personnel. All of my questions were answered. There is area with ATMs where you can withdraw or put money on a card. The bank is located right in the city center. As a client of the bank since many years highly recommend it.

Commerzbank is very bad. i reffered 3 people who are still using the account, but they never paid my referral amount. They have a very bad policy that the person must transact a certain amount within a certain period before the referral can work. I find it so absurd because I am not in control of how the person will use the account after making the recommendation. If I have the means i will let them close the account one time. Secondly they took my 20.8€ without any notifications aside the 4.9€ monthly maintenance fee. They also deducted 9€ from my wife's savings account with no reason she has since then stopped using the account. They have several hidden charges you may not be Preview to at the time of opening the account. And they change their policies frequently which always affects clients. So I don't recommend this bank at all.
