I went to this branch to make a transfer and, to my great surprise, upon arrival, I found customers forced to wait outside in the sweltering heat. After questioning the security guard about this rather strange situation, he told me it wasn't his responsibility and that he was simply following orders. After insisting on an explanation, I was finally allowed inside, with the explanation that the customers waiting outside had come to pay their AADL rent. Once inside, I filled out the transfer form. But when my turn came, the teller asked me to leave and find a kiosk to make a photocopy of my ID card. I found it outrageous that a bank couldn't even make the photocopies it needed itself. When I refused to leave, the agent asked me to rewrite the information from my national identity card onto the payment form. I find the practices I witnessed truly deplorable, especially in this age of digitalization and artificial intelligence.

An agency that treats its clients like dirt, sorry, it's disrespectful, it's out of obligation, otherwise they wouldn't even give it a 0/10.
