Very bad experience, no respect for the customer, there is a young lady who insults people.

If I could give less than one star, I would do so without hesitation. Chaos is the norm in this bank, not the exception, especially in the center of Beb Ezzouar. Despite the renovations, incompetence and mismanagement persist. It's a veritable mess, worthy of a covered market, with deafening noise. There's not even a call system to manage the queues; the banker shouts your number and name like in the Middle Ages. For a simple deposit of daily receipts, you have to sacrifice your workday and wait more than two hours, squeezed among the AADL subscribers. If, by some misfortune, you happen to be on the teller's lunch break, you have to wait even longer. They can't even organize an uninterrupted queue. The bankers' lack of professionalism is blatant, as is the obvious favoritism. Too bad Google doesn't allow you to give less than one star, because even zero would be too generous for this pseudo bank.

On January 2, 2025, I withdrew 50,000 DA from the Crédit Populaire d'Algérie ATM (ATM), located at [specific location]. The machine debited my account with the indicated amount but did not issue the notes. Since that date, despite my verbal and/or written complaints to your branch, I have received no refund or feedback. These facts constitute serious mismanagement and may amount to abusive and fraudulent practices, for which your institution is liable.

This branch is utter chaos. It's like stepping back into the Middle Ages, with an archaic organization and nonexistent service. The reception is appalling; you're completely ignored as soon as you walk in. The staff is sorely lacking in professionalism, with no communication and absolutely no consideration for customers. It's complete disarray; nobody seems to know what they're doing. If you're looking for decent banking service, avoid this branch at all costs! A dreadful experience on every level.
