The bank is terrible. It closes at 3:30 PM. The employees went for breakfast before 1:00 PM and came back at 2:30 PM, leaving an hour. The strange thing is, there's only one employee working all the time, while the others come and go until 3:30 PM. We barely made it through, and when we went down to make a change, they told us the website was closed and they couldn't do anything for us. It's like you're asking them for money. The worst bank and the worst service.
The service is too slow and mediocre, with a very noticeable lack of discipline and order. The service at this agency is deteriorating day by day.
The worst service I've ever experienced at a financial institution. Waiting over 2.5 hours to withdraw money. Understaffed tellers. Using their phones for personal reasons while customers wait. A bank to avoid.
Frankly, a very bad experience with this agency. No network, a total lack of professionalism, politeness, and discipline. Avoid it.
The money distributor didn't work for a single day at the bank in Douira. The service was extremely poor; you feel like you're back in the nineties and you feel like you're begging them for help.
