I would like to report the inappropriate behavior of the department head Amine at the BNA agency in Blida. His attitude towards customers lacks respect and professionalism.
Friendly staff. The only downside is that they don't have any replacements during lunchtime; you have to wait until 1:30 pm, which isn't possible for someone who works or is short on time. That's my opinion for now; we'll see.
The worst bank in Blida. The employees are violent, especially the teller staff who force customers to sort through their 500 DZD notes. They also tell customers not to come after 3:00 PM.
