My accounts were closed without any justification, half-days wasted just for a simple euro deposit, and sometimes without success. It was good at the beginning, but now it's a bank to absolutely avoid.

I want to express my utter anger and indignation towards this branch. I wasted over five hours of my day simply trying to deposit a small amount into my euro account… and despite the interminable wait, I still couldn't complete the transaction! The level of incompetence, disorganization, and complete disregard for customers is simply unacceptable. It feels like nobody knows what they're doing, the management is catastrophic, and the customer is worthless. How can an international bank like Natixis tolerate such pathetic service? It's an absolute disgrace. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, avoid this branch at all costs. Natixis Blida = guaranteed waste of time, stress, and humiliation.
