I had and continue to have a very wonderful relationship with the staff at Commerzbank, Badhomburg. In particular with Frau Sabrina Knapp and Frau Semnani, who were very friendly in explaining the banking terms and procedures

Was satisfied with service - got my issues resolved in about 15 minutes. One improvement need: a very long queue was building up because of people without appointment but taking almost 40 mins to just ask “one question”. These are mostly even non-clients of Commerzbank and should be asked to get an appointment and not make other people wait

I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Ms. Savic was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the process very quick and easy. She efficiently guided me through my options, addressing all my questions with patience and clarity in perfect English. I highly recommend her for her outstanding service and expertise.
