I went there to activate a bank account and there was absolutely no staff. It’s just a bunch of ATMs. I knocked on the other door inside waited 10 minutes and absolutely no one came. And it’s not my first time coming to this location and finding absolutely no one and the phone service doesn’t even work properly.

Customers should expect a certain level of professionalism, competency and efficiency, but these qualities are not present at this location. After trying to create a bank account my documents were copied and I was told to come back later. When I returned I was told that the copies weren't completed and I need to bring my documents back again. I was then told that the account may not be created for several more weeks because of Easter holiday then the bank clerk was out of office for three weeks but no other employee could take over to assist. I was told that the bank doesn't receive money to open an account and it's only open Mon and Tues.... Managerial improvements should be made!

The team at this branch is really helpful. Francesco helped me out opening the account in just few minutes and without appointment even though it is required. Very helpful and supportive.
