Extremely disappointed with my experience at Commerce Bank. The staff is rude and unprofessional, showing little to no interest in assisting customers. They lack basic customer service skills and act as if helping people is an inconvenience. Additionally, their road behavior is just as bad—employees drive recklessly around the area, disregarding traffic rules and pedestrian safety. It’s clear that professionalism is not a priority at this branch. Would not recommend banking here unless you enjoy frustration and poor service.

I had an issue with my debit card and was generously and patiently helped by all English speaking staff to order a new card and to figure out what the problem was. Thank you!
The people are really rude. You can't ask questions. In my case the lady doesn't know the answer so she started yelling at me. Even she started insulting me even though I was really polite. This is the worst ever experience I got. Worst customer service ever. Even they say they give support in English language but their English is so poor.
Good branch staffs and the Italian staff was so helpful and good assistance
