Commerzbank SB-Standort 16 Kaiserstraße Innenstadt I

The bank seems like it does not need customers anymore. They just blocked my card, without any notice or email or any communication. So I called their customer service and the lady suggested my permit (I am non European ) seems to have expired. Which is not the case, I have another year or blue card and PR is already in process but anyways my blue card is valid for another year, so I asked her that what she is saying is not true my permit has not expired and she just said go to the branch. I was like I am not free to constantly go to the branch whenever you guys decide to summon me and she was like I don't know. So basically I have 2 accounts with these people. Salary and my employee share plan with lots of money and savings and their response is block card without informing the customer. Don't know what to say to this, now I am on my way to their branch, let's see what new shit they come up with at the branch.

Worst bank ever. I moved out of Germany, and I was told by their employee that there will be no issue to continue using the app when abroad. Ha hello? The moment I got a new phone, I lost access to the app. I sent the relevant documents via post mail (yes because they are still so old-fashioned, and not up-to-date with technology) to verify my moving abroad, and they arrived in their HQ building in Frankfurt more than 3 weeks ago. Still no one has gotten back to me when I emailed their customer service multiple times. For the past 2-3 months, due to this unnecessarily complicated process for change of address, I am blocked out of my account and can’t check the balance or anything. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I’m sorry to say this- but this bank deserves zero star as many others say. I SIMPLY NEED TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!!! COMMERZBANK, YOU NEED TO KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS THE MOST. This is Commerzbank against you! They have issues with online banking and with card payments so a person suddenly can not pay anymore in the middle of the day and if you want to get information the Commerzbank is charging you 14c per minute. Absolute disgrace and it shows their disrespect for their customers and also how they see us. My advice to all of you is to stay away from this bank, nothing function as it should, online banking is broken more time than it actually works.
