The worst bank branch I've ever visited. I came a bit early and tried to open the door and the employee looked at me with a disguist on her face. After that when the branch opened, i got called and asked if they could speak english, he replied with the most passive aggressive tone that "i can speak german". I understand that we're in Germany but it's a bank ffs you have clients everywhere in the world.i used google translate to describe my problem and he wasn't helpful at all. Ive also called the support number hundred times and im always connected to the digital assistant and everytime she says that every answer i have is on the website. Clearly it's Not!!! That's why im calling

If there was an option for a negative rating this bank would get that!!! Worst service ever - well let’s say no service at all because they don’t work - they had to do one thing send my verification document to the head office which they did not do - wtfff is wrong with these people and then when you go to them in their opening hours they are closed !! Really the worst bank in germany!

Worst bank I ever had to deal with!! During closing a bank account they make your life hell until they pick up the phone and do not give any reasons why closing the bank account does not function through the online banking, you’re left with the classic way of going physically to the bank as if it’s year 1990 or sending forms via mail!!!! This is a complete joke!!! That’s the only reason why I switched to digital banks only because of the stupid bureaucracy such banks have to make you suffer!! As if it wasn’t enough how complicated for foreigners to open an account in the first place and having to wait for two weeks and signing endless paperwork to get a bank account!! This shit is ridicules!

Absolutely Disgusted – Shameful Customer Service I am completely disgusted by the behavior of the older man working at the Commerz Bank location in Bornheim. I walked in politely and asked if he could speak a bit of English, as my German is not strong yet. He immediately replied, “Nope. Here in Commerzbank, only Deutsch.” I then asked if perhaps another staff member might speak English, and again he said “No,” with a cold, dismissive attitude. No effort to help, no willingness to communicate, no basic courtesy. Just a blunt and rude response that made me feel unwelcome and humiliated. This was not just poor customer service: it felt outright xenophobic. Because of this experience, CommerzBank has lost a responsible, respectful, and genuinely interested customer. I would never recommend this bank to anyone, especially non-German speakers. Super disgusted and extremely uncomfortable with how I was treated.

I want to get money at 22:00 but the doors where closed why would you close the doors for the ATM it makes no sense at all the light are on the ATMs are working what is the use to have an ATM then if it is not useable at any time of the day.commerzbank you should work on that why are we paying for service if there is no service to give ?
