Excellent service. In combination with BK01, Aareal Bank is unbeatable for property management. I can't understand the negative reviews...

Registered visitors can park in the on-site parking garage. The entrance to registration is clearly marked.

Basically, a few months ago our customer advisor told us directly that the bank was not interested in maintaining an account with us after the change of property manager, as we had a smaller property portfolio at the time but have grown considerably since then. We are welcome to get in touch when we have more properties in our portfolio. So basically the customer advisor is a bit out of touch. The account closure has been dragging on for three months now, the customer advisor accepted the closure via email in September, and after being referred to phone numbers that are busy and promising a call back (which didn't happen), we finally got through to someone. Apparently the advisor didn't pass on any information about the closure and we were supposed to submit the documents by mail. Unfortunately, it couldn't be more complicated and bureaucratic. Very long processes, the bank is not recommended as a property management company.

Today was my first personal interaction with this bank as a homeowner. The clerk was very courteous and helpful, and was able to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction. People often accuse others of being unfriendly. As someone who has worked in customer service for 18 years, all I can say is, what goes around comes around.
