Killing slow employees! Worst customer service ever!
The services are getting improved with the key services being online. It is still busy but acceptable compared to rest of banks including private ones.
Very inefficient branch, the employees are slow and you wait an hour or more for very simple teller transactions
Need to improve their policy to be more flexible. Still poor performance.
The worst customer service for more than one hour and numbers doesn't change.
