ATM machines are always out of service and it takes a lot of time to be able to meet customer service employees.
Mr. Ahmed, the branch manager, is one of the best people I have ever met in terms of character, hospitality, and patience in explaining information, even though the branch itself suffers from slowness due to the increase and pressure of customers.
