This branch is terrible, the service is awful, and every manager just transfers me to another branch. It's exhausting.
Respectable and big bank with nice customer service
Ali Al-Teller is a very unpleasant person... he has absolutely no understanding or professionalism. He could spend the whole day cashing 10 checks and joking around with the person next to him.
The process was done quickly even though I was told that the system was down at the beginning, but it didn't take long even though it was a weekday and the place was crowded and the system was down at the beginning. .................. ............................................. ..................
