Went to the branch on 11 Jul 2025 approx 2pm to replace Debit Card. No need to fill-up any forms, just asked to sign/write ic number on 2 forms. Got the card and friendly instructions on how to activate/change pin/activate amsecure. Done within 15mins.

Several calls around 9.20am wanted to enquire something, no one pick up at all, only with a message after several ringing and "Sorry your call is restricred". Terrible!!!
