CIMB Bank Kota Kemuning Shah Alam Selangor

Came to this branch right at opening (9:15am) to open a bank account. I was literally the first customer — not a single person in the queue — yet I still had to wait for almost 30 minutes with zero explanation. Fantastic experience, truly. At least the manager eventually noticed something was wrong and helped redirect me to another counter, since the original staff was apparently still “on a toilet break” (your guess is as good as mine). Overall, a very disappointing start for something that should have been quick and straightforward.

Based on my experience visiting KK & Shah Alam branches, CIMB banks just trying to ignore account opening procedure at counters. Anyway Now, waiting staff to come back after lunch until 3pm. I really hope CIMB management will look into google reviews here and take some actions to improve.

I came here to open saving account and almost waited for 2 hours and 1 number left away. Really worst service and horrible experience

First time visited this branch after having their account for almost 7 years due to some unavoidable transactions at the banking hall. During the pandemic, entering the branch is controlled with limited persons into the hall. The process is systematically and consider fast to complete my transaction around half an hour. Many thanks to the staff here from entrance to counter showing their courtesy to everyone.

Came here to ask for solution on Flexi Loan account withdrawal, but what I got is I just "officer is not around, we can't answer you". Bank operating hours is so limited, we need to take leave to settle bank matters, but then your officer is not around during operating hours???
