Absolutely terrible experience with this bank. Applied online for a credit card and was supposed to get feedback within 48h, took over 10 days (at that point I didn't expect to hear back at all, but they just called me this morning). Since I'm non-Malaysia, I'm asked to provide a lot of supporting documents, which takes me about 1h to compile. After sending it, I'm told that I'm not eligible since I haven't been in Malaysia for more than 12 months. What an absolute joke of a bank! They saw my employment history very clearly in the online application, and rather than telling me directly what's going on, they send me on a wild goose chase only to then be shown the door. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

AmInvest staff is super rude. Was dealing with Ms. Julienne. Every time I called or msged her she was super rude and arrogant. At times, it felt like she was being arrogant coz I am not Chinese. Won't recommend specially if you are not Chinese. When a customer says good morning or hello, you do not reply with a rude "YES" unless your intention is to disrespect him.

Most comments seemed to be linked to the bank and its services…but let’s just give a shout out to one of KL’s more interesting skyscrapers.

As for the first time, I am registered and ambank online, but I don't know how to download and actively ambank online. But thanks coustomers service's for help me for first time and she explained and how to use ambank online thanks you.

I like the cheque deposit machine 😂😂 it is more advanced than the one in thier branch in ampang point You get e receipt with cheque scanned photo on it 👏👏
