Menara Ambank guard, asking pregnant wife to walk from the main door, to the roadside where people wait without prejudice. No humanity or compassion at all. She was already at the main gate when the guard asked me to move my car and wait at the side of the road across. Even after I told him that my wife is pregnant.

If i could, i would give negative 5 star. Such a useless bank. Tried to open USD account, was rejected for no reason. When asked what's the reason was neglected. Your amacess app is the worst banking app in banking industry. Im switching to Maybank. Much more convenient.
Do check up their chicken rice at level 12 (food court) if you work nearby. Quite nice which usually sold out at 1pm. Their braised tofu, garlic chilli sauce, fried garlic and minced ginger are quite nice!
the name “AmBank” is very funny when translated into Turkish :)
