Staff is very friendly, and counter service is fast, which will be granted for 5 star. As counter service is located at 1st floor, visitor have to use staircase, but risers is too high, with slippery tiles & easy to slip. Thus, for safety issue and convenience to visitor will be granted 2 star only.
