Very good service from this bank staff. They come to our car to help us due to some personal reason. Thank you for Ms Nalina and the team.
Super slow. 8 counters but only 2 are working.
The Indian lady at the counter was so rude. No hello, nothing, very poor service for such a bank.
The staffs are friendly, typically not so crowded comparing with other branch, can easily go to Pavilion KL via Bukit Bintang Walkway.
Worst experience waited 25min and still show me poor attitude!
