CIMB Bank KLCC Menara Berkembar Petronas 405 Persiaran Petronas

I thought by going to my preferred CIMB branch, my issue would be resolved immediately but unfortunately, they asked me to contact customer service instead. I had to wait quite a while because I planned to terminate my personal loan and credit card. The experience wasn’t pleasant.. I noticed the staff didn’t seem very eager to assist, both with me and the uncle before me. We were both clearly unhappy. The process took longer than expected even though there weren’t many people queuing. The staff appeared too laid-back and lacked empathy in handling customer issues. I really hope CIMB can improve their efficiency and customer service attitude, especially for customers who come in with specific requests like this.

I waited until the male staff finished speaking with the customer before asking, “Hi, I just want to ask. I’ve already filled in the online form to open an account. Do I need to take a queue number or how should I proceed?” However, his response came across as quite rude. He replied, “I’m currently handling another customer. I can’t handle two people at the same time. If you can wait, please wait. Have a seat” p/s : Kalau penat ambik la cuti, takyah layan customer, saya pon puasa jugak

Overall have a very great experience! Nur Azniza was very helpful all the time! She deserve a 5 stars compliment 👍

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service at CIMB Bank KLCC branch. We brought our staff to open new bank accounts, but we were questioned about why we did not go to a branch near our area. As CIMB customers, we believe we have the right to visit any branch that is convenient for us. Unfortunately, the staff mentioned that they did not want to entertain our request. This was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially from the customer service and new account opening department. We hope the management will look into this matter and improve the service quality at the KLCC branch.

Very easy to find if you are familiar with the Suria KLCC mall. If anyone taking public transport from Cyberjaya, just take the MRT from Cyberjaya Utara or Cyberjaya City Centre until MRT Ampang Park. Then walk out and ride the LRT Ampang Park until KLCC(1 stop). Follow the direction until you find the Suria KLCC entrance. Once inside just look for Kfry because CIMB will be located in front of it. Overall banking experience was very smooth and pleasant. Just took me less than 30minutes to get everything sorted.
