Avoid this branch at all costs. The service is consistently incompetent, and you’ll save yourself time and frustration by going to another location. The CIMB in Solaris Mont Kiara is a lot better!

“Sky not replying because she entertain too many customer” I was so surprised with the answer especially coming from preferred bank. Its not 1 or 2 days, but she was silent and not reply to my message bout 2 months. If she has no time to reply to her customer, whats the purpose of giving her business card for further assistance? When the manager Rose was here, she will assist us till all the works done! And now, we are like beggar here just to settle the merchant.

Its one of the worst experience i had today. The lady with the blue attire today (25/6/25) told me that CIMB only accept the form if filled up with computer and printed! Not with hand writing. Funny thing 2 months ago i was there with Wani and Rosnita filled the form with pen together. And all the process was smooth.

Came so early , then got the audacity to tell me “duduk luar” few times and you got only ONE freaking customer, but I waited 40 minutes plus not even my turn yet. Love to do all the bombastic sound of stamping and “multitasking “ to look busy. FOCUS ON YOUR JOB ! oh wait better, why set THREE counters when only ONE COUNTER for what????
