CIMB Bank - Kelana Jaya | HighPark Suites Lot L1-7K, 8K & 9K Residensi High Park Jalan SS 6/2

The CIMB Queue Management System is a joke. It is meant to justify the bank cutting down on staff, but the options on the QMS are not always clear. For example, there is no option for Account Closing. Presumably we should click for Customer Service, but this queue moves slowly, and the officer at the table will still bounce account closing back to counter... after a 40 minute wait... it's a fresh wait!!!!! The sole customer-facing representative at the front is constantly deluged with walk-in requests, and is no help to facilitate or fast track a new Q number. Well, I'm happy, that I've closed this account. All banks now treat their retail customers as lowest in the food chain, so it's unsurprising. Sigh.

First time visiting this branch since it opened. A clean bright & professional atmosphere. Staff are polite. It was lunch time so there were less officers. But service was satisfactory. I went to activate 2 of my dormant accounts. It was done in half hour. The procedure appears quite elaborate with many paper & signatures though.

Recently visited this CIMB branch and was really impressed with how efficient everything was. They have a QR code system for the queue, which is not only convenient but also shows their mindfulness towards saving the environment love that! The environment is cozy it's a warm day outside I was assisted by Hani, one of the officers there, and she was incredibly helpful. Very polite, informative, and quick in resolving my issue. It made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Great job to the team and thank you, Hani!

Everyone here seems to hv dat warm smile all over n it's genuine! We've been to other outlets but nothin compared to tis branch! Gonna do our CIMB related matters here from today onwards.. Keep it up CIMB..
