CIMB BANK ARA DAMANSARA Ground Floor Block F Oasis Square 2 Ara Damansara Petaling Jaya

The staff is extremely slow, and the queue system seems completely irrelevant. Imagine arriving first, only to see people who came after you getting served earlier. How is that fair? This kind of service is very frustrating for customers who respect the system and wait patiently. If there is a queue system in place, it should be followed properly.

Very very slow customer service. Staff were happily talking, while customers are eagerly waiting for their turn! VERY VERY SLOW and nonchalant attitude from Customer service staffs at the tables. Worst ever branch. Despite numerous 1 star ratings, no improvement at all. Staff Putri, long face, black face, no smile, no greeting, look at customer is like I owe her my money !!!!

Much better experience here at this branch. Aisyah and Che Wan were polite and attentive. I was treated well and like a customer unlike Damansara Utama.

Came here for settling the CIMB Octo changing device problem. Would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Hayati from CIMB Ara Damansara Branch for her outstanding kindness and helpfulness. She went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout the process. It’s rare to come across such dedicated service at bank, and I truly value the support she provided

This branch of CIMB is conveniently located in Oasis Ara Damansara. We came here to settle banking matters. Besides counter service, there are ATM and cash deposit machines here. The staff are courteous though there is a wait during peak hours. We have always received great service and help from Anisa and our RM, Andy.
