Had a good experience at CIMB Bank Brickfields. The staff who attended me, Cik Sha, was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy for me. Terrible customer service - they think they are superior and belittles when talking to a customer. Every time I visit this branch, this is how I feel. It has become their culture. I know a lot of CIMB branches that have excellent service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have opened my account here already.

Today i when to cimb bank Brickfiled... Such a really very bad attitude in reception lady very so super rude very bad attitude..don't know how to handle customer..better please remove that lady change another outlet if I see again her I will report her ok mind it .. irritated and irresponsible lady ..free hair color today she wear blue white dress n while pants really very bad attitude.. and the lady work for what ..? Get money easy and go home nicely? If u all never take action I will report her in social media ... Today 13/11/25 will see today

The service on the entrance was really bad. The man in the entrance asked me to wait. I’ve waited for 30 minutes. The counter that I was asked to wait for, was serving a foreigner and the staff on the counter working super slow and falling asleep while serving the foreign guy. Such an unprofessional behaviour!! I walked in at 10.30 am and I was waiting till 11 am there. After that, I could not tolerate anymore. I just leaved… This is the first and last time I’m visiting this branch.

Please avoid to come to this branch. It is worst cimb bank branch in KL, the guard is rude and arrogant to customer, he stand in front of the reception and act as a bank staff to assist customer enquiry, is your branch not enough banker to handle as customer service assistant? even a receptionist task should handle by professional banker but not a not professional guard which can act as a banker to handle customer enquiry, he just answer by his own opinion and rejected to seek help from the banker. The branch is so small and crowded and it is old, just like back to 20 years ago.
