CIMB Bank - Semantan Damansara Lot A4 Block A Changkat Semantan

The worst experience I have face with this branch today! I don’t want to reveal the staff name but this is the story: I wanted to do a bank draft for rm 100, went I go in there we’re not much customer one infront me that’s all. My turn came I told the staff that I need a bank draft she ask what draft then I explained then I did mention to her that we have a current acc with cimb bank without checking any further she told me I need to go the branch where I open the acc to do this draft! I tot maybe it’s a right info I was rushing actually for the draft by motorbike we rushes to Sri Gombak branch from Damansara in this hot sun, but only good things the Damansara staff did was she gave me the draft form that’s all. Reach Sri Gombak I just voburllay ask the staff here she said. Aik this draft any branch also u can do not that must come opening bank acc! Fuhhhh I feel like what the information staff gave me why she don’t even bother to check further before she kick us here and there!!!!!!!

Very good customer service. Big help as always even though I only frequent this branch once a year. This time was Cik Munira that assisted me. Thank you.

Staff are friendly and apologetic but if you really need to rush, forget about this place. It took me 1 hour when there's only 3 people ahead of me. I also don't understand why they didn't give out numbers for queue and people just follow their own order

Called multiple times within an entire week at different hours of the day just in case it was busy time, either went unanswered or they hang up. This branch needs to be audited for its performance as I see many poor reviews rather than good ones

If i could give a 0 star rating, I would. Walked into the CIMB Damansara Branch this morning (14th Feb, 9:30 am) to deposit some cash, thought I would ask to check in on my online application of a product. The receptionist (male, tall, skinny, early/mid 30s), were playing and texting on his phone. I stood there for a good 10 seconds before he even lifted his head to acknowledge my presence. Instead of apologising or even greeting a customer, he started at me as if he wanted to start a fight. Gave me an angry stare (probably for disturbing him whilst he was texting) and when I asked him a question, he just called on his colleague's name. My partner who was there with me saw the whole scene and was shocked at the behaviour of the receptionist. CIMB Bank, if this is the level of customer service you have, honestly don't think you should even have a receptionist at the front desk. Was very shocked and disappointed
