CIMB Bank. Staff is very helpful. Lounge is available here for Preffered customer. Parking space is available at building basement or roadside.

This Branch has the worst customer service. I am a Preferred customer. This year after Hari Raya, went to the Preferred Customer Banking area to arrange my Fixed Deposit . Was asked by the relationship manager Haryaty to go the the general banking area to arrange because short of staff in the Preferred Customer Banking area. When I went to the general banking area, there are 3 to 4 staff free and chit-chatting. I am not comfortable to discuss my financial matter out in the open area. This branch certainly does not how to manage the staff allocation. This branch also does not serve the Preferred Customer properly.
