Too slow. Complicated. Why need to queue only if I need to take queue number? Been scolded by a staff bcs I was standing near a door ( as no chair available ). The heck is that? Why need to scold me? Worst service.
Very10 bad service. Anyone want to renew your card please do not come here or else you will stuck for few hours like mine.
Too slow. Very bad service. Should've make one machine for card renewal. So people won’t have to waiting for hours just to get their card renewed. Very disappointed
