I’ve visited the Dhaka Bank Islami Banking Branch in Motijheel a few times for regular banking work. The branch is in a convenient location for people working in the area, and the staff are generally polite and willing to guide customers. That said, service can feel slow during busy hours. The waiting area gets crowded, and simple tasks sometimes take longer than expected. The overall environment is calm, but better queue management would really improve the experience. It’s fine for basic Islami banking services if you’re not in a rush, but there’s room for improvement in speed and customer flow.
