The service is very poor. They make customers wait while they go for lunch. Sometimes they leave a customer sitting and keep talking on the phone, and if asked a question, they get angry. Most of the officers don’t even seem to know what service they should provide. I would say this is the worst branch of Islami Bank.
All the staffs are very co-operative and well mannered! I appreciate the way of how they treat their clients!
This is no. One bank in bangladesh.they maintain Islamic rules in calculating profit.in this branch you can take any kinds of banking service like account opening,loan services.
For a long time I have been doing banking transactions by this bank & more or less I'm getting better service here 🙂
