Very good environment for banking. Maximum employee are female. Cool place. Very much aware of corona situations. Sanitation is being priority there. When entry they give hand sanitizer. Bank officers are cordial and helpful.

Initially, the staff was welcoming and attempted to assist us. However, the situation deteriorated when we tried to close the bank account of a deceased family member. I understand that closing the account of a deceased person can be complex, but the main issue lies in their communication skills. There is a significant communication gap at the Prime Bank, Panthapath Branch. They seem less inclined to respect their clients' time and often fail to convey information clearly. When my mother called the manager to inquire about the progress, she did not return her call. Instead, another person called to ask about the indemnity bond. A family that has lost a loved one deserves comfort and kindness from the bank, as they are valued clients.

There are most of staffs are old age women in cash counter they couldn't delivery service in time Which man can do in a flash. They are busy with their gossip each other.
