''Terrible Experience with Account Deactivation at DBBL" I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to deactivate my account with DBBL. It’s absurd that no branch other than the one where the account was opened can handle this process. This lack of flexibility is unacceptable in today’s age of interconnected banking services. Adding to the frustration, there is no online option available for deactivating an account. The only way to proceed is to visit the branch in person, fill out a form, and then wait endlessly while unnecessary delays pile up. To make matters worse, they deduct numerous unnecessary charges during this process, adding insult to injury. This level of inefficiency and disregard for customer convenience is deeply disappointing. DBBL urgently needs to modernize its services and prioritize customer satisfaction.

It is a very popular Business Bank in Bangladesh but a wrote of shame that they doesn’t have a electricity backup. Yes they have generator but it doesn’t work, if it work for 2 hours it need 1 hour break ( how funny, Just a Lame excuse). I personally think if they think about their valuable customers they fixed this generator problem.This is not expected to such a bank like #DUTCHBANGLA. I request the higher authorities to look after this Branch & fixed this issues because i Don't think this Branch manager aren’t capable to fixed this issues if he can then he fixed this issues before open up for customers. customers are the main valuable elements for running Your bank & provided your employees salary, so always they get the priority but this place i Don't even seen this kind of mentality any of them, the waiting area is huge but Don't have enough fan ( actually 1 fan in a corner far from waiting area), air conditioner not playing may be electricity problem. So i personally Remarked

Too Much Pore & Lengthy Service. Hare is 8 counter but only 2 counter is open.

Has been helpful with the payments, also while opening a new account for a friend they helped out every step of the way. The draw back was assigning the phone number for transaction confirmation took longer than anticipated.

Nice environment and well decorated also not crowded so you will get faster service here.
