Busiest private bank in this area. Also they are the largest private bank in our country with highest number of ATM booths. Staffs are very much prompt and helpful. Only this bank have a large space andsitting facilities for customers waiting. Service are given by the electronic token system, so no gathering happened in this bank.

Firstly, the behavior of security guard who punches ticket for customer support is very rude and unprofessional. Here customer support is horrible. Digital queue system is not followed properly. Agent behavior is also not professional. Today I went there and no AC, no enough fan. I have taken customer support from many branches of DBBL, but in Matuali Branch, my experience is just horrible.
