One of the worst bank and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was very rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I faced the issue about NexusPay but nobody would help me. Someone transferred me above floor and someone transferred me down floor also someone said I don’t understand go to the another person! I spent 3 hours doing all about this but I can’t because of nobody helping me. Please put someone qualified here. Thanks 🙏🏽

This bank is basically a waiting simulator. They have this garbage system called “queue pro” that makes you wait a lot. If you intend to take any services from here, have about 5-6 hours of free time. Employees are rude and irresponsible. The only reason people use this bank is their vast atm booth service which is also way expensive than other banks. Avoid it if you don’t want to wait.

Dutch-Bangla bank donia branch one of important and busy bank of shanir akhra area. Inside so crowded condition but their handling system is nice. Online token system. One by can completed their need with satisfactory.

One of the oldest banks in Shanirakhra. Its on the second floor of Ayesha Mosharaf Supermarket. Always remains crowdy. You may have to take up a long queue for depositing and withdrawing money. Sometimes some staffs are a bit harsh on customers unlike other branches. People take line from 9:30 AM to get their turn ahead. If you come at 10:15 AM, you are late.
